Line Locates
 
North Dakota Telephone Company works very hard at offering excellent service while trying to keep costs down. When a line is cut, it not only interrupts telephone and Internet service, but it is also costly to repair. North Dakota Telephone Company will locate our lines at no charge. If a line is marked and still gets cut or damaged, or a line is cut or damaged when no line location request has been made, a bill will be sent for time ($58.00/hr.) and material used in the restoration. For cable location requests:

Here at North Dakota Telephone Company we've set our service standards very high. We want you to let us know if your service is anything less than what you expect. Please contact our Repair Center if you have a service interruption or for any line quality problems.

To contact our Repair Center at any time other than the above listed times, please dial the same number you would dial during our regular business hours to leave a message for us in our "After Hours Voice Mailbox". We will then take that information and create a repair ticket to correct the problem.

ABOUT OUR "LINESKEEPER" SERVICE
North Dakota Telephone Company owns the wire up to your home. There is a box on, or occasionally inside, your home, where our wire and your wires are connected. Please keep in mind when reporting trouble, that if the problem is found to be in the portion of wire that belongs to you, some charge may apply.

"Lineskeeper" is a service where you pay a small monthly fee in lieu of the time, material, and trip charges required to correct problems found to be in your wire, jacks, or to isolate the problem to equipment which you own. Please note: We do not repair or replace equipment owned by you which is found to be causing the problem.
